1. How Can I place an Order?
While browsing through our store, simply select your desired item, color and size, add as many items as you wish to your shopping cart. Once you are ready to complete your purchase, simply go to the cart and click "checkout". Follow the instructions by providing us with your delivery address, billing address and select payment method. Please recheck your details to ensure there are correctly entered. Either check out as a guest or register to checkout.

2. DO I NEED TO CREATE AN ACCOUNT TO PLACE AN ORDER?
No, we do not require customers to register to place an order.
However, registered customers are entitled to enjoy the following benefits:
• Track your orders.
• Save your addresses for faster shopping.

3. How can I add an order to cart?
Browse through our various products, click on your desired item, select your desired color and size, click on the “add to cart” option.

4. How Can I pay for an Order?
After selecting your desired item and filling out the necessary shipping information required, select your desired payment method from the available payment options and add your correct payment/card details then click on pay.

5. What Payment method does Scrunchie n More accept?
We accept all major credit cards and the other payment methods indicated in our website like the Visa, Master Card, American Express, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Pay pal, Shop Pay

6. When will my order be shipped?
Your order will be processed within 1-2 business days excluding the Swiss Public holidays, weekends and subject to card clearance. We will ship out your orders within 3-5 business days using the Swiss Post. In addition to an order confirmation email, we will send you a shipping confirmation email. Expedited and tracking options are available for selection upon checkout. 

7. When will I receive my item?
Please note that delivery times are provided as guidelines only and do not consider possible delays caused by payment authorization. Shipping time might vary depending on location, shipment method and other factors. We will ship out your order within 3-6 business days, however, we have no control over the duration of time your order will take to get to you once it gets to your delivery country. We'll do our best to meet these shipping estimates but cannot guarantee them.

8. Can I return an item?
Unfortunately, for hygienic purposes, we do not accept refunds thus, your order cannot be returned.

9. How do I know if an item is in stock?
All items are in stock unless "Sold Out" is displayed. Please be aware that even if an item is in your shopping bag, it can still be bought by another customer until you have completed your order.

10. What can I do if my desired item is out of stock?
Restock times vary and are largely dependent on the availability of the specific fabric. Since we source our fabrics locally from different locations, and sometimes we buy their remaining stock of a particular fabric. Sometimes these fabrics come back in stock and, unfortunately, sometimes they don’t. In that case, you can sign up for email notifications underneath each sold out product to be the first to know when it would be restocked or contact Scrunchie n More via this email

ask@scrunchienmore.com with the picture and or the product number of the out of stock item and we will let you know as soon as possible if there will be restock and it availability.


11. Can I update/cancel an order?
Kindly note that we work hard to get your order ready to ship as soon as possible, we may not be able to cancel your order upon request.
If your order has not yet been fulfilled, it can be fully refunded. Please contact us at ask@scrunchienmore.com with your order number and we can take care of it for you.

Please note that your order cannot be refunded if it has already been fulfilled.

12. Where can I find my order number?
If you have an account with Scrunchie n More, simply log in and select “My Orders” in the drop-down menu under your name. There, you can find the order number! If you haven't created an account, you can create one anytime with the same email address used to place the order. With every order, we send an order confirmation email which is sent to the same email used to make the purchase. Be sure to check all inboxes as it can make its way to the junk/spam folder.

13. What Materials are your Scrunchies made off?
We believe in creating the best products possible therefore we source our quality fabrics through our Swiss business community. In other to have more options to meet your preference, we use different types of quality fabrics which are:
• Satin
• Velvet
• Silky Satin
• Cotton
• Polyester
• Polymide

14. What are your Scrunchies Sizes?
Scrunchie n More was created with you in mind which is why we offer various sizes, from Mega to Maxi, Midi – Medium, Mini – small and Itty Bitty. Whatever your preference, we’ve got you covered.

Our Mega is the biggest size we offer which is about 8 times the size of a regular Scrunchie and it is approximately 12” in diameter. The Maxi is next to our Mega which is Approximately 10“ in diameter. The Midi is next with approximately 8” in diameter, the Medium is approximately 6” in diameter. The Mini comes next and it’s approximately 4” in diameter. Our Size Small is at about 2” in diameter while the Itty Bitty is the smallest with about 1.5” in diameter.

15. I have super thick hair. Can your Scrunchies hold up my hair?
Absolutely! Our Scrunchies have been tested on different types of hair and has proven worthy. It holds up perfectly on silky straight hair, full curly/coily hair, Afro hair, Braided hair with hair extensions and on the passion twist thick waist-long braided hair.

16. Why does my Scrunchie look different from the picture?
We try our absolute best to keep our pictures on our website and social media as accurate as possible. However, scrunchie colors can vary slightly in different lighting and screen.

17. How are your Scrunchies/Accessories Made?
Our Scrunchies and Accessories are 100% handmade. We put a lot of love, effort and care into creating every single scrunchie/accessories. You can see our behind-the-scene VLOGS and processes on our YouTube.

18. How do I care for my Scrunchie, Hair bonnets and Accessories?
We recommend you hand wash and hang to dry every scrunchie, Hair bonnet and Accessories to ensure durability. You can find all information about how to properly care for your accessories here.

19. How many times will your Scrunchie wrap around my hair?
Depending on the thickness of your hair, you can expect our Scrunchies to wrap approximately 2-4 times around your hair.

20. What Material is your Hair Bonnet made of?
We believe in creating the best products possible therefore we source our quality fabrics through our Swiss business community. In other to have more options to meet your preference, we use different types of quality fabrics for the base and a soft smooth Satin fabric for the inner layer as the lining to ensure your hair maintains its moisture. We also use Satin fabric as both the base and lining fabric incase you’d prefer the reverse side out. Some of our fabrics are:

• Silky Satin
• Cotton
• Polyester
• Polymide
• Ankara

21. How do I care for my Hair Bonnet?
We recommend you hand wash and hang to dry every Bonnet to ensure durability. Please check out our Care instructions for a detailed information on caring for your accessories.

22. My Scrunchie/Bonnet is tearing off, what do I do?
We are happy to repair your scrunchie for you. Just ship them to Scrunchie n More and we will repair them and ship them right back. Please email us ask@scrunchienmore.com to let us know, also, please include a photo of the scrunchie in question.

23. How can I track my order?
Already have an account?
First, log into your Scrunchie n More account and select "My Orders" to review your order status. Once your order is packaged and ready to ship, you’ll receive a tracking number via email so you can keep an eye on its activity while it makes it way to you.

Keep in mind that orders shipped with Standard Untracked shipping will not have a tracking number and have a 10-12 business days transit time.

Don't have an account?
No worries! You can use the same email address that you used while placing your order to create an account and it will appear under "My Orders".

Tracking numbers are automatically sent as soon as your order is packed! Once the courier picks up the package and scans it into the system, the tracking number can be used to see the information about your order. If the order was packaged on the weekend, it will be updated on the next available business day.

24. What is my order Status?
You will receive an order confirmation email within 10 minutes once you place an order. After your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email. Your order can take 3-6 business days to be fulfilled. A friendly reminder that business days do not count as holidays and or weekends. All packages are shipped through the Swiss Post (Die Post).

25. Where can I leave a review?
Find your product on our site, scroll down and you will see an option to leave your review. Leave a photo review and get an instant 10% off code emailed directly to you.

26. How can I be featured in the company’s Social media?
Simple. Either take a picture of yourself using our product and or video record yourself either unboxing, using or reviewing any of our products. Tag us on our social media and or leave a review here on our review page and you will be featured.

27. Do you ship Internationally?
Yes we ship internationally.

28. What countries do you ship to?
Shipping destinations:
• We ship worldwide (all Countries)
• Shipping time might vary depending on location, shipment method and other factors.
• Shipping options will be shown at checkout.

29. Do you make Custom Orders?
Unfortunately, we currently do not take custom order.
